Choose which CYA yachts appear on Sail Play Dine. Switch a yacht on and it's added to the site at the next sync; switch it off and it's hidden from the site (never deleted).
A quote starts from a HubSpot deal. Pick the deal, check the trip, choose yachts from our copy of CYA, then create the quote. It opens as pages you can edit, and every PDF you make is kept as a fixed version. Nothing is written to HubSpot or sent until you review it and confirm. Quotes are for Sail Play Dine only.
The box below sets what syncs for all yachts. Open a yacht to give it its own settings, compare its menu with CYA, and review Claude's proposed description, “Great for” tags, sleeping arrangements, pricing notes and special offer, written from CYA's details and notes. Nothing reaches the website until you adopt it and the yacht syncs.
What the sync updates from CYA for every yacht on the website. A yacht follows these settings unless you change its own tick boxes in Yacht details; it then keeps its own choice until you press “Use site-wide settings” on it.
The company CYA lists as each yacht's “Yacht Manager”: the clearing house or central agent that issues her contract. Only yachts from approved clearing houses can be quoted or go into Claude's shortlist (the quotes service checks it too); the Quotes tab also shows those not reviewed yet, never those not approved. Each one keeps a contact name and default email, for writing to them (CYA's are offered). Clearing houses with yachts on our website come first. Every change is kept with who made it.
The large photo on the first page of every new quote. Choose the default for all quotes, or one for a destination (it comes first there); each quote can still change its own with Photo ↻. Upload your own: JPG, PNG or WebP, resized to at most 2,400 px wide before it's stored. Like every photo in a quote, it's public on the web.
Compares each yacht's menu on the website with what the sync would write from CYA. Nothing is changed here. Green lines would be added, struck lines would be removed. Tick “Keep our menu” on any yacht whose website menu should stay as it is.
